Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients provide access and enjoy coming back to a clean, refreshed space.
When will the team arrive?
We provide a 30–60 minute arrival window after your scheduled start time to give every home the attention it needs. You’ll be notified when we’re on the way.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our teams are fully equipped with HEPA vacuums, eco-friendly products, and color-coded microfiber cloths. You don’t need to provide a thing.
How do I pay?
You’ll receive an email to securely set up your payment method through our system. You won’t be charged until after your cleaning is complete.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If we arrive and can’t access the home, we charge the full service amount to cover our team’s time.
What if something isn’t right?
Let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return to fix anything missed — no questions asked.
How many people will be cleaning my space?
Most cleanings are handled by a team of two. Occasionally, one more cleaner may be assigned depending on the job size and schedule.
