How Clean+ Works
Joining Clean+ is simple and transparent. Here’s how to start enjoying a consistently pristine home with our exclusive membership benefits:
Get Your Estimate. Start by getting a personalized estimate for your home. You can use our quick online calculator or call us for a quote over the phone.
First Cleaning & Price Lock-in. For new clients, we'll schedule your first cleaning. This allows you to experience our service and our team to inspect your home, ensuring the estimate is accurate. We'll then confirm your member-preferred flat fee.
Join & Enjoy Effortless Shine. Once you agree to your chosen tier and flat fee, we'll set up your automated recurring schedule and charge your first month's subscription upfront. Then, just relax and enjoy your consistently clean home!

How does membership billing work?
Upon joining, you’ll be charged your first month’s membership fee upfront. Your membership renews automatically each month, and your stored payment method will be charged on your monthly renewal date. This is based on the agreed-upon flat fee for your home’s Regular Cleaning service, less your membership discount.
What if I need to reschedule or skip a clean?
You can request to reschedule a service appointment via your online account or by contacting Member Support at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you choose to skip, reschedule unsuccessfully, are unable to provide access, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, that specific service opportunity for the period is forfeited. Unused or forfeited service opportunities do not roll over or result in a refund or credit, as your membership fee reserves your recurring slot and team.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
There are no long-term contracts. Clean+ Membership is month-to-month. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time before your next monthly renewal date to avoid further charges. No refunds are provided for partial months.
What is the Greentified™ Satisfaction Promise?
Your cleaning is Greentified™. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, please notify Member Support within 24 hours of the appointment. We will prioritize arranging a re-clean of the specific area(s) at no additional charge.
What's included in a Regular Clean under the membership?
Membership covers our standard Regular Cleaning checklist for your home, plus the included light upkeep of the refrigerator and oven (exterior/interior shelves and oven exterior/interior). Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out Cleaning, and other specialized services are priced separately. A detailed checklist is provided during your initial assessment.
